TachlisAI is operated by Curated Cognition Corp. This page documents the TachlisAI SMS Chat program, including how users opt in, what messages they receive, and how they can get help or opt out.
SMS program
- Program name: TachlisAI SMS Chat.
- Sender: TachlisAI, operated by Curated Cognition Corp.
- SMS number: +1 845-203-2333.
- Recipients: people who text START to the TachlisAI SMS number and complete the SMS setup flow, and TachlisAI account users who add and verify their mobile phone number for SMS chat access.
- Purpose: user-initiated AI assistant chat, customer-care responses, account-related SMS chat controls, and HELP/STOP/START confirmations.
- TachlisAI does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
How users opt in
- Text-in account setup: a user texts START to +1 845-203-2333. TachlisAI asks for their name, shows the AI and message-rate disclosure, asks the user to reply AGREE, sends a 4-digit SMS security code, and enables SMS chat only after the user replies with that code. The verified phone number is then attached to a free TachlisAI account without requiring email, browser, or web console access.
- Account opt-in: a user signs in at tachlisai.com, opens phone/SMS settings, enters their mobile number, requests an SMS verification code, and enters that code in TachlisAI. SMS chat is enabled only after the number is verified.
- Resume after opt-out: after a user opts out with STOP, the user may text START to +1 845-203-2333 to resume TachlisAI SMS messages.
Consent language shown during text-in setup: TachlisAI is AI, so double-check important answers. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply AGREE to continue, TERMS for terms, or NO to cancel.
