TachlisAI - A Product of Curated Cognition Corp.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using TachlisAI. By accessing or using TachlisAI at tachlisai.com or any associated application (the Product), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Curated Cognition Corp. Your use of the Product constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TachlisAI. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. SMS and WhatsApp Chat Terms

You may opt into SMS by texting START and completing SMS setup, or by adding and verifying your mobile number in your TachlisAI account. You request WhatsApp replies by initiating a message to an official TachlisAI sender and completing any setup or consent prompts shown in that conversation. These flows authorize user-initiated AI assistant responses, account and security messages, customer-care responses, chat controls, and HELP/STOP/START confirmations on the channel you use.

• Message frequency varies based on how often you use SMS or WhatsApp chat.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Send STOP on a channel to opt out of that channel.
• Send START to begin setup or resume that channel after opting out.
• Send HELP for help, or email support@tachlisai.com.
• SMS and WhatsApp preferences and opt-outs are maintained separately.

TachlisAI does not send marketing or promotional SMS or WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp replies are provided in response to user-initiated conversations during WhatsApp's customer-service window; TachlisAI does not currently send proactive WhatsApp messages outside that window.

WhatsApp messages, attachments, images, voice notes, transcripts, generated voice or image responses, delivery events, and quoted-reply references are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The service uses Twilio and the WhatsApp Business Platform, and your use is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. Do not use SMS or WhatsApp chat for emergencies, and do not send full card numbers, financial-account, government-ID, health, or other highly sensitive information.

4. Acceptable Use

TachlisAI is designed to provide practical, halacha-sensitive AI assistance for individuals, families, and institutions in the frum community. You may use the Product for personal, educational, and professional purposes consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, manipulate, or defeat content filtering systems.
• Use the Product to generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Represent AI-generated content as authoritative halachic guidance.
• Impersonate any person, rav, posek, or organization.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Product.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Product's systems.

5. No Halachic Rulings

TachlisAI does not provide psakim or authoritative halachic guidance. Any Torah-related content generated by the Product is for informational and educational purposes only. You must consult a qualified rav or posek for practical halachic questions.

6. Content Filtering and Community Standards

The Product employs automated and human-reviewed content filtering designed to maintain standards consistent with Torah values, tznius, and community norms. We cannot guarantee that all outputs will satisfy every community's standards.

7. User-Uploaded Content

When you upload files or documents to the Product, you represent that you have the right to upload such content and that doing so does not violate third-party rights or applicable law. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant the Company a limited license to process it for Product functionality.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

TachlisAI is powered by large language model technology. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. You should not rely on TachlisAI output as a substitute for professional advice.

9. Pricing, Payment, and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly described by the Company.

10. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Curated Cognition Corp. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at the Company's discretion.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Product.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@tachlisai.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
