Your chat data may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI service providers for the purpose of generating responses. We use Amazon Web Services as our cloud infrastructure provider. We will not sell, license, or distribute your personal data to any third party other than as described in this Privacy Policy, except as required by applicable law or legal process.
4. SMS and Mobile Number Privacy
TachlisAI SMS Chat is an optional customer-care SMS program for TachlisAI account users who add, consent to, and verify their mobile phone number.
If you text START and complete SMS setup, or add and verify a mobile phone number for TachlisAI SMS Chat, we use your number, setup status, verification status, SMS consent records, and SMS message metadata to verify SMS access, deliver user-initiated SMS chat and customer-care responses, process HELP, STOP, START, TERMS, and account-control requests, and operate the SMS service.
Mobile information collected for SMS messaging, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to begin setup or resume TachlisAI SMS messages.
5. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your data seriously and employ protections including TLS/HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, authenticated access controls, web application firewall protection, private network architecture, backups, audit logging, monitoring, and alerting. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
